The objective of this course is to create a highly interactive environment between a limited number of participants and the faculty.

All course information and teaching sessions will be available in both English and French.

These two full days of training are designed to remain closely connected to daily surgical practice, through interactive video sessions, lectures, and temporal bone dissections.

The Course Dinner will offer a valuable opportunity to share a relaxed and convivial moment with participants, faculty members, and our sponsors.

Practical, studious, effective, and friendly are the key words that define the spirit of this course.

L’objectif de ce cours est de créer un environnement hautement interactif entre un nombre limité de participants et les enseignants.

L’ensemble des informations et des sessions d’enseignement seront disponibles en français et en anglais.

Ces deux journées complètes de formation ont été conçues pour rester au plus près de la pratique chirurgicale quotidienne, grâce à des sessions vidéo interactives, des conférences et des dissections de l’os temporal.

Le dîner officiel du cours sera l’occasion de partager un moment convivial et détendu entre les participants, les enseignants et nos partenaires.

INTERACTIVE VIDEO SESSIONS & LECTURES - DISCUSSIONS

The Course Dinner will conclude this first day.

During the interactive video sessions, experts will present surgical cases in Endoscopic Ear Surgery, highlighting key surgical steps, technical challenges, complications, tips, and pitfalls.
Expert lectures will cover anatomy, surgical principles, and operative techniques, including indications, step-by-step surgical videos, and clinical outcomes.

Both exclusive endoscopic approaches and combined techniques using endoscopy and microscopy will be discussed.

SESSIONS VIDEO INTERACTIVES & CONFERENCES - DISCUSSIONS

Le dîner officiel du cours viendra clôturer cette première journée.

Lors des sessions vidéo interactives, des experts présenteront des cas chirurgicaux en chirurgie endoscopique de l’oreille, en mettant en évidence les différentes étapes opératoires, les difficultés techniques, les complications éventuelles, ainsi que les astuces et pièges à éviter.
Des conférences données par des experts aborderont l’anatomie, les principes chirurgicaux et les techniques opératoires, incluant les indications, des vidéos chirurgicales étape par étape et les résultats cliniques. Les techniques seront présentées aussi bien en endoscopie exclusive qu’en approches combinées endoscopie–microscope.

ENDOSCOPIC & MICROSCOPIC TEMPORAL BONE DISSECTIONS

Breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch will be provided throughout the day.

The limited number of participants will allow for close interaction with the faculty, ensuring highly interactive teaching and step-by-step guided training during the dissection sessions.

Each participant will have access to one dedicated workstation, equipped with one high-quality embalmed human temporal bone.

Observer participants (Group 2) will also be able to fully benefit from the teaching through direct observation and discussions with the faculty. Participants in Group 2 will also have the opportunity to practice the placement of transcranial implants on synthetic models throughout the day.

The course offers a high level of technology, including full HD video systems, endoscopes, microscopes, advanced instrumentation, our brand-new set of instruments dedicated to Endoscopic Ear Surgery, drills, prostheses, and biomaterials.

This state-of-the-art equipment will support both endoscopic and microscopic dissections, as well as practical training in surgical techniques and procedures.

DISSECTIONS ENDOSCOPIQUES & MICROSCOPIQUES DE L'OS TEMPORAL

Le petit-déjeuner, les pauses café et le déjeuner seront servis tout au long de la journée.

Le nombre limité de participants permettra un enseignement très interactif et des échanges étroits avec les enseignants, avec un apprentissage guidé étape par étape lors des séances de dissection.

Chaque participant disposera d’un poste de dissection individuel, équipé d’un os temporal humain embaumé de haute qualité.

Les participants observateurs (Groupe 2) pourront également bénéficier pleinement de cet enseignement grâce à l’observation directe et aux échanges avec les enseignants. Les participants du groupe 2 auront également la possibilité de s’entraîner à la pose d’implants transcrâniens sur des modèles synthétiques tout au long de la journée.

Le cours met à disposition un plateau technologique de haut niveau, comprenant systèmes vidéo Full HD, endoscopes, microscopes, instrumentation spécialisée, notre nouvelle gamme d’instruments dédiée à la chirurgie endoscopique de l’oreille, fraises, prothèses et biomatériaux.

Cet équipement permettra la réalisation de dissections endoscopiques et microscopiques, ainsi que l’entraînement aux différentes procédures chirurgicales.

UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA - TEMPORAL BONE DISSECTIONS

This exclusive training day will take place on November 17, 2026, the day before the Cannes Otology Course.

Please note : this Special Program is held in French

It is reserved for participants of the University Diploma in Endoscopic Surgery of the Middle Ear from the Mohammed VI University Hospital of Rabat (Morocco), directed by Pr Fahd El Ayoubi and Pr Ali El Ayoubi.

A full immersion in otologic dissection

This session consists of a full day of endoscopic and microscopic ear dissection, organized under the exact same technical and educational conditions as the dissection day of the Cannes Otology Course.

DIPLOME UNIVERSITAIRE - DISSECTIONS DE L'OS TEMPORAL

Cette journée de formation exclusive se déroulera le 17 novembre 2026, la veille du Cannes Otology Course.

A noter : ce Programme Spécial se déroule en Français.

Elle est réservée aux participants du Diplôme de Chirurgie Endoscopique de l’Oreille Moyenne du Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Mohammed VI de Rabat (Maroc), dirigé par le Pr Fahd El Ayoubi et le Pr Ali El Ayoubi.

Une immersion complète en dissection otologique

Cette session correspond à une journée intensive de dissection endoscopique et microscopique de l’oreille, organisée dans les mêmes conditions matérielles et pédagogiques que la journée de dissection du Cannes Otology Course.

Optional participation in the dissection course

Participants will also have the opportunity, if they wish, to attend the Cannes Otology Course dissection day as observers, on November 19, 2026.

Depending on the number of observers, a dedicated room with live video and audio transmission from the expert dissection station will be available next to the dissection laboratory, allowing a fully immersive educational experience.

Selon le nombre d’observateurs, une salle dédiée avec retransmission vidéo et audio en direct depuis le poste expertsera mise en place à proximité immédiate du laboratoire de dissection, permettant une immersion pédagogique complète.
